Delivery times and methods for goods and services:

Playgirl offers courier delivery to all New Zealand addresses, including rural delivery addresses in both the North and South Island.

We use NZ Couriers & Fastway, who pick up orders from our warehouse several times during the day meaning customer orders are dispatched quickly and delivery times are kept to a minimum.

 

All orders are packed and dispatched from our New Plymouth based warehouse.

When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a speedy delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk) These parcels will not be market ‘signature required’.

 

Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:

North Island: 24-48 hour delivery.

South Island: 24-72 hour delivery. Rural deliveries can sometimes take extra 1-2 days.

 

Payment methods:

Playgirl accepts credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard and also via bank deposit.

 

Customer data privacy policy:

All customer data collected will not be shared with, sold to or disclosed to any third party and will only be used to promote deals related directly to Playgirl.

Returns policy:

Please choose carefully before you buy. Because of the nature of the products we sell and due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund policy for change of mind on adult novelty toys. Please note we cannot accept returns if you choose our "Discard outer packaging" option at checkout.

 

Lingerie : Due to the nature of Lingerie products we cannot accept returns or process refunds on Lingerie items.

 

 

Damaged goods / Product returns policy:

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and clear details of the fault or damage and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
